Unconfirming or Confirming All Segments

To unconfirm or confirm all segments:

  1. Follow the steps to open a file from section Opening Files.

    The file appears in the Translation window. The first translatable segment appears in a blue background, and the cursor appears in the target segment by default.

  2. Enter a translation for each segment, or leverage the target segments from the Translation Memory.
  3. Click the Unconfirm/Confirm All drop-down on the dashboard, and select from the menu:
  4. Click one of the following:

    • Unconfirm All

    • Confirm All

    The Confirm symbol appears next to the segments in the Status column, as shown in the example below.
