Wordfast Anywhere is designed to free translators from their home or office and allow them to work on projects from anywhere they have internet connection. Users can upload TM assets to a secure, password-protected workspace and access them from virtually any device that has a web browser.

With Wordfast Anywhere, there is no need to download or install any software. Simply point your browser to www.FreeTM.com to launch the most up-to-date version of WFA, and begin translating instantly.
Ease of Use
Wordfast Anywhere is a browser-based version of the popular MS Word-based tool, Wordfast Classic (WFC). Wordfast Classic has consistently been ranked the easiest tool on the market to learn and use. WFA makes every effort to duplicate the way WFC works, only inside of your web-browser.
Instant Web-based TM and Glossary Sharing
Wordfast Anywhere enables translators to invite colleagues to share TMs and glossaries in real-time inside of a secure, password protected workspace on a centralized server.
Integration with Additional Resources
In addition to accessing your own TM assets, Wordfast Anywhere offers users the option to leverage Machine Translations (via Google Translate) or access the VLTM (a large set of TMs donated by the Wordfast community).
Complete Privacy and Confidentiality
All data (TMs, glossaries, files, personal information, etc.) that you upload and store in your WFA workspace remains strictly confidential and is never shared with any third party unless you specifically invite them. Once you delete anything from your WFA workspace it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Online Alignment Tool
An online aligner allows users to upload previously translated source files and their corresponding translations and creates a TM in either a Wordfast TXT or TMX format.
Free of Charge
Wordfast Anywhere is offered for free to all translators, regardless of whether or not you have a Wordfast license. (Extended features may be introduced in the future and accessible with a paid subscription.)
