SATURDAY - Penedès Wine & Cava Day Trip

Embark on an enchanting journey with 'Spanish Trails' on our Penedès Wine & Cava Day Trip. Discover Spain’s rich viticultural heritage as you explore two of Penedès' finest boutique wineries, guided by our passionate and knowledgeable host. Relish the sophisticated flavors of hand-selected wines and cavas, revealing the heart and soul of this celebrated region. As the day unfolds, be treated to a gastronomic delight with a traditional Catalan meal, harmoniously paired with local wines. With door-to-door transportation from the conference hotel in Sitges, every detail has been meticulously considered for your utmost comfort. Spend a day of elegance, flavor, and culture with us!

These informal get-togethers will happen at four different authentic tapas restaurants, recommended by locals, in the Sitges old town. This is your chance to meet up with friends from previous years and get to know some new people before the conference kicks off. If you registered for the welcome tapas, you will receive an email with the restaurant you have been assigned to:

• NeM Sitges – 19:30

• Guria Taberna – 19:00

• La Tapadera – 19:00

• El Cable – 19:00

You can pay what you consume on site.

This dinner is included in the conference participation fee. Bring out your best white attire with a red or blue accessory for this now infamous Wordfast party. This year’s dinner will be hosted at Cau del Vinyet restaurant of the Hotel Subur Maritim, a short stroll from the conference venue along the Sitges beach promenade. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!

We will close the conference with a farewell dinner at La Masia, a traditional restaurant within walking distance. Please reserve your spot when registering for the conference. You will be able to pay on site (€65 per person).
