All valid license holders are entitled to contact the Wordfast Support Hotline with any technical questions. A Wordfast representative will respond to your support inquiry within 24 hours. Prio to contacting the Wordfast Support Hotline, please review the following:

  • If you are a new user, please visit our YouTube Channel for videos that will help you get up and running with Wordfast.  
  • Please be sure to search the Knowledge Base and refer to our Documentation prior to submiting a support inquiry.
  • If your Wordfast installation is running in Demo Mode, or if you have questions about how to retrieve your Wordfast license, click here.

Run the following checklist before using the hotline:
  • I cannot find help in the Wordfast wiki site;
  • I cannot find help in the manual, including the troubleshooting section;
  • The same problem appears even on a freshly booted system if possible, try to reproduce the same problem on another computer
  • I use the current (most recent) version of Wordfast; upgrading to the current version is free, simply download and re-install Wordfast - no need to re-license Wordfast
  • The document on which I am working is safe and stable.
